The PSA Nitrogen Generator uses Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology to separate nitrogen from compressed air and provide a stable, on-site nitrogen supply with purity up to 99.99%. It is designed for users who need continuous nitrogen production without depending on gas cylinders or liquid nitrogen.
The system operates with a dual-tower structure filled with high-performance carbon molecular sieve (CMS). When compressed air enters one tower, oxygen is selectively adsorbed by the CMS, while nitrogen passes through and is delivered to the application point. At the same time, the other tower is regenerated by releasing the adsorbed oxygen into the atmosphere.
Once the first tower reaches saturation, the system automatically switches to the second tower for adsorption, while the first tower begins regeneration. This alternating cycle ensures continuous nitrogen production, stable purity, and reliable long-term operation. With PLC automatic control and optimized switching cycles, the generator offers efficient nitrogen separation and reduced compressed air consumption.
To ensure stable nitrogen purity and reliable system performance, the PSA nitrogen generator should operate under the following recommended conditions:
- Nitrogen purity: up to 99.99%
- Inlet pressure: 0.5 – 0.8 MPa
- Inlet temperature: ≤ 40℃
- Nitrogen dew point: ≤ -40℃
- Switching cycle: 45 – 60 seconds
- Ambient temperature: ≤ 40℃
- Voltage / frequency: 220V / 50Hz
- Noise level: ≤ 75 dB
For the best operating result, the generator should be supplied with clean and stable compressed air. Proper pre-treatment, including filtration and air drying, is recommended to protect the carbon molecular sieve, maintain nitrogen purity, and extend equipment service life.

In India’s tropical monsoon climate, compressed air systems often face higher moisture loads during hot and humid seasons, making proper air treatment essential for stable on-site nitrogen generation. The PSA Nitrogen Generator is designed for users who need a continuous, high-purity nitrogen supply without relying on cylinders or liquid nitrogen. With nitrogen purity up to 99.99% and a nitrogen dew point of ≤ -40°C, it is well suited for Indian industrial users that require reliable on-site nitrogen for packaging, inerting, fabrication, and controlled production processes.
Typical Applications
- Food and beverage packaging
- Pharmaceutical production and packaging
- Electronics and precision manufacturing
- Chemical processing and inert gas blanketing
- Laser cutting and metal fabrication
- Laboratory and analytical applications
- Tire inflation and industrial service applications
- General industrial nitrogen supply for centralized utility systems
Why It Fits Indian Working Conditions
- On-site nitrogen generation helps reduce dependence on cylinder deliveries and liquid nitrogen logistics
- Suitable for manufacturers that need stable nitrogen purity for continuous production
- ≤ -40°C nitrogen dew point supports moisture-sensitive applications when combined with proper air pretreatment
- High-purity nitrogen is suitable for packaging, inerting, soldering, purging, and oxidation control
- A wide model range supports both small and larger industrial nitrogen demand
Application Note
For the India page, this model is best positioned as an on-site nitrogen generation solution for industries that need stable purity, lower operating dependence on bulk gas supply, and reliable day-to-day operation. Because India’s climate includes hot pre-monsoon months and a humid monsoon season, the page should also emphasize the importance of clean, dry, and stable compressed air pretreatment to protect the CMS, maintain nitrogen purity, and extend service life.
